35mm Length Sheared Steel Fiber
Product Detail
Sheared steel fiber, also known as corrugated sheared steel fiber, is made by integrally shearing and corrugating cold-rolled low-carbon thin strip steel. It has a standard rectangular cross-section and a continuous wavy shape, making it an economical concrete crack-resistant reinforcing aggregate.
Sheared steel fiber relies on the frictional force generated between its corrugated surface and the cement matrix for bonding. The process is simple, the raw material cost is low, and it balances foundation crack resistance with cost-effectiveness. It is widely used in conventional concrete engineering projects such as municipal pavements, subbases, ordinary floor slabs, and precast slabs.
